Gas Heating Products Limited Lifetime Warranty
This warranty covers the following headings
• Limited Lifetime Warranty
Covers: Chassis, Heat Exchanger, Cabinet, Glass, Surround Panel, and Pedestal against defects for part replacement or repair and labour for the first year and part replacement for the remainder of seven years to the original purchaser.
• 2 Year Warranty
Covers: Burners and all Electrical Components against defects for part replacement or repair and labour for the first year and part replacement for the remainder of the two years to the original purchaser.
• One Year Warranty
Covers: Paint, Enamel, Log Set, Firebox and Gold Plating against defects for part replacement or repair and labour for the first year to the original purchaser.
Exclusions
- Gaskets and Firebox paint are not covered by this warranty.
- Painted or Enamel Surfaces if damage is caused by scratching, marring, fingerprints, abrasive cleaners,
over-firing, scratching, chipping and discoloration with age.
- Glass and Gold plating: if damage is caused by scratching, marring, fingerprints, abrasive cleaners, over-firing
and discoloration with age.
- Log Set: damage caused by incorrect handling or misuse.
- Burners: damage caused by improper or continuos operation under incorrect conditions.
- Labour: costs are controlled. Please see the Schedule of warranty labour rates sheet.
